This was one of the easiest and quickest dinner ever!
Not much veggie in it, but the combined flavor of curry, basil, and coconut milk was awesome!
A bit spicy for the little ones, but with lots of Jasmin rice, they liked it.
We're not a big fan of peas (unless garden fresh!), so I substituted Edamames for them.
