Thursday's Dinner: Mama K's Chicken Fried Rice

Awesome with all the left over veggies.
You can pretty much chop up everything and anything in the fridge and throw them in!

The secret to making good fried rice is to always use left-over rice (or cook them well in advance) and pour a little bit of Chinese chicken stock at the end right before adding soy.
That coats the rice and make it nice and pearly as well as adding that depth in flavor.
